Introducing your new search experience

Plus, you can now reorder Speks with a simple drag and drop

Hi There,

Want a smarter, easier, faster search experience? How about a simpler way to organize Speks in a Topic for easy onboarding?

Say no more!

Today, we’re introducing a new Spekit search experience, plus the ability to reorder Speks in a Topic with a simple drag and drop.

Get more details below, and reach out to lucia@spekit.co with feedback or requests.

Search across all your Spekit content at once

      5-2

To find the content you need, simply:

      • Enter a term in the search bar (whether in the extension or the Web App)
      • Spekit will deliver a single results page with all matching Spekit content
      • Review the consolidated results by selecting the “All” tab, or by content type by selecting one of the content tabs.

      But that’s not all!

We also upgraded the backend of our search functionality to deliver even more relevant results. Spekit now recognizes and takes into consideration:

      • Typos
      • Singular and plural variations of words
      • Synonyms
      • Word proximity

Want to easily locate or edit content in the Data Dictionary? We have that covered, too, with a new dedicated search bar.

It’s truly never been easier to find exactly what you need, when you need it, in Spekit.

Now, all it takes to organize Speks in a Topic is a simple drag and drop for effortless new process trainings and onboarding new hires. Here's how it works:

          • In the Web App, look for the “Reorder Speks" button when you’re in a Topic
          • Drag and drop your Speks as desired
          • Hit the "Save changes" button in the upper right corner

For example, create a Topic to train and onboard your team on MEDDIC by combining field Speks and custom Speks in a specific order:

          • MEDDIC Overview - Custom Spek
          • Metrics - Salesforce field Spek
          • Economic Buyer - Salesforce field Spek
          • Decision Process - Salesforce field Spek

And voila! The updated order will now be shown by default in both the Web App and extension.
